We have fully renovated the entire exterior and interior of an exterior accessible property and have fully created a 360 ne brand identity with rebranding and repositioning of this property into an upscale full-service hotel, to become the 1st boutique hotel under the Hotel BPM’s Independent Collection. This property will now features over 70 guestrooms and suites, marketplace and a restaurant with bar.
Hotel BPM - Brooklyn, NY
The BPM Brooklyn is a minimalist music lifestyle hotel brand targeting the 21 to 35 year old segment focused around the music industry. Hosting various pop-up industry and celebrity events.
NES Hotel - Bensalem, PA
We brought in our branding team and did a simple brand identity refresh for ownership and upgraded the entire tech stack at this manual operated motel, from introducing it into our PMS/CRS platform as well as the addition of electronic locks. The property has been brought up to current standards and requirements of our properties and quickly began to see an increase in revenue.
Lincoln Hotel - Bensalem, PA
We revitalized the Lincoln Hotel by upgrading its tech stack, integrating it into our PMS/CRS platform, and installing electronic locks, streamlining operations and boosting revenue. A full interior renovation transformed the motel into an upscale, romantic, and cozy hotel, while the addition of a lobby market with beer, wine, and food enhanced guest experience and profitability.
